Shipping Options

*Free shipping over $49. Free shipping eligibility is determined by the final paid amount of an order, regardless of any discounts or gift cards applied.
*Our US web store's checkout currency is US Dollars (USD).
*Transportation to remote regions may cause a delay of 1-2 days in the delivery of your order.
*Remote Area Fee: Some postal addresses may be charged an extended area fee or overwater charges depending on where you live, if you are unsure of such charges, please contact us for more information. For information about DHL Remote Area Post Codes, you can click this link for a full list of excluded postcodes.

Order Tracking Information

You will receive a notice of shipment email with tracking information upon the shipment of your order.
You may also track your order in the Order Tracking Center.
It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO at this time.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse the package to have your order returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

FAQs

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or shipping carrier for more information in the meantime! If you do not receive your order in a couple of days, please contact us at bricklume@gmail.com within 3 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier for more information on the status of your order. If your order has exceeded typical shipping times, please contact us at bricklume@gmail.com.
My order tracking hasn't been updated for many days?
We're so sorry for the delay with your package! Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you. If the tracking wasn't updated for more than 3 days, please contact us at bricklume@gmail.com or shipping carrier directly for further help.
Will my package be charged delivery/customs fees?
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.
