The instructions are all pictures and icons, like IKEA instructions. I would look up how to install it on youtube for a good walkthru. The challenge to get the cords under the water tiles can be challenging but if you stick to it, the end results are worth it. You can power it with 3 AA batteries or connect via USB.

Instructions are okay, had to use both PDF and video. Took me long to put these together but the end result is amazing. The garden looked pretty but boring, the lighting kit makes is great.
It works and looks great, it’s just the last circuit board I used on the last step to connect one of the trees lights, the river lights and the little houses lights is faulty and now only half of my set lights up. It’s a little sad to spend all the time setting it up for only half of it to work.
It looks so pretty, it definitely made the Lego set a hundred times better. Although keep in mind there's gonna be a lot of loose wires leading to the power bank. Installing the wires was also quite tricky. It would've been easier if the instructions had more specific wording instead of just pictures. Overall, it's a good product and I would not even think about buying the Lego set without it
